  • Architected, executed and supported Ethernet LANs, ISDN and Frame Relay, WANs including server construction, installation, and configuration, and Data and Voice Network Service, Administration and Security.
  • Successfully researched and negotiated with multiple vendors for all software and hardware planning, installation, testing and deployment.
  • Supported systems that managed a client program, WeCard, which managed 4000 daily orders through the call center and 12,000 daily shipment orders through the fulfillment center netting a zero error rate attributable to technical problems.

  • Responsible for providing web application design, MLS data support to providers of real estate listing websites, and customized content management systems.
  • Designed custom middleware to translate MLS data to an open-source realty listing application, providing a singular, improved and better-controlled view of the MLS to Realtor clients.
  • Participated in open-source projects including a realty-listing application, a content management system, and a network security information platform.
  • Automated catalog creation for an OEM supplier of top-quality furniture to top-tier furniture retailers.
  • Provided content management and technical support, and served as training and information resource to ad agencies, web hosting and design firms.

  • A multiple outlet construction and party equipment rental retailer.
  • Responsible for managing all facets of the retailer including operations,  personnel, HR, purchasing, scheduling, equipment delivery and maintenance, safety and training
  • Successfully grew the organization to three new locations and increased annual sales from $250K to $1.5M plus.
  • Implemented Windows 95 and 98 PC’s and a SCO/UNIX proprietary rental management system, resulting in greatly improved asset management, maintenance and revenue tracking.
  • Created corporate branding and marketing materials including website design and implementation, catalogs and manuals.
  • Co-led the design and construction of a new 20,000 sq. ft. building for the main store.
